French Saloon on the Beach

Ian Curley and his team are bringing the French Saloon from Melbourne to Noosa, a fun, lively dinner on Noosa beach. Matched with wines from the Sound of White Vineyard, in Marlborough New Zealand.

A Seafaring Adventure

Locales’ resident chef Andy Davies will captain a crew including the swash buckling Ben Williamson of Brisbane’s Gerard’s Bistro and Paul “Blackbeard” West of the River Cottage Australia on New South Wales South Coast. Joining them will be a group of Australia’s best fishermen and salty dog John Susman, to shuck, cut and cook a veritable bounty of seafood from the local waters.

Roam amongst the chefs, fishermen landlubbers and freebooters, enjoy some of Australia’s finest natural wine and batten down the hatches for a night of fun, feasting and frivolity. Join them to dance the hempen jig as they heave to, telling yarns while preparing and serving seafood straight from open raw bars, fire pits and wood ovens.

A Sweet Soirée with Adriano Zumbo

Adriano Zumbo made us all fall in love with macarons, in this afternoon event by the water your taste buds and imagination will be transformed by the magic creations of Zumbo. Louis Roederer Champagne on arrival followed by a four course sweet degustation, with matching mini cocktails. All whilst overlooking the Noosa River, the sweetest way to round out your Festival weekend.

Royal Mail Sets Sail - new tickets released

This lunch by the beach was so popular, we've twisted the arm of the team at Sails and have a few more tickets available. Move quick if you want to be part of the Royal Mail sets Sail lunch, where Sails executive chef Paul Leete will team up with Robin Wickens from the Royal Mail, Dunkeld to create a lunch with matching wines.
