French Saloon Pops up on Noosa Beach
Ian Curley and his team are bringing the French Saloon from Melbourne to Noosa, a fun, lively dinner on Noosa beach. Matched with wines from the Sound of White Vineyard, in Marlborough New Zealand.

Olsson salt cured Hiramasa Kingfish with pickled carrots, sauce gravalax, egg yolk confit and bottarga
Carpaccio of Victorian duck, compressed cucumber and pomegranate, labneh olive dust, torn mint, black garlic
