Geoff Lindsay – Up Close and Personal

In an intimate dinner for only 12 people hosted by Wasabi, dinners will get up close and personal with Geoff Lindsay. A six course dinner with wines matched by Yangarra, featuring Geoff's signature Vietnamese style food with a French influence.

Hmong style tartare with artichoke chips and sesame rice crackers

‘Bun Rieu’ A spanner crab soup with crab roe and tomato, tofu, fresh
banana flower, morning glory and spearmint salad.

Duck legs braised with sugar cane, pineapple and Kampot pepper.
Chilli pineapple pickle with saw tooth coriander.

Marou Chocolate parfait with Pedro Ximinez sherry, passionfruit curd, lychee and puffed rice.
