Come and spend a day with Melbourne-based chef Matt Wilkinson and soak up his passion and knowledge for fresh, seasonal and local produce. Matt will accompany us as we journey through the Noosa and Sunshine Coast Hinterland to discover unique produce at two boutique farms. The first stop takes us into the hills to The Falls Farm, where a delicious morning tea will be followed by a stroll through the market gardens to harvest some of the finishing touches for lunch. With our freshly harvested haul, we head on over to Hinterland Feijoas for a bespoke guided farm tour followed by a leisurely 2-course lunch with matched wine.
