For 17 years the Noosa Food & Wine Festival was one of Australia’s most iconic culinary events — a celebration that brought together chefs, winemakers, producers, and food lovers in one of the most beautiful coastal destinations in the world. Over time, the festival evolved and was rebranded as the Noosa Eat & Drink Festival, reflecting a broader experience that included a wide variety of drinks and dining styles. While this chapter was full of creativity, growth, and incredible moments, it’s time to celebrate the name that truly captures the heart of our community.

In 2026, we are proud to announce the return of the Noosa Food & Wine Festival.

This isn’t just a name change, it’s a celebration of legacy. For our loyal festival-goers, chefs, winemakers, distillers, brewers, and partners, the name “Noosa Food & Wine” carries meaning, memory, and a sense of pride. It’s a name that speaks for itself.  It’s instantly recognisable, timeless, and synonymous with world-class experiences in paradise.

By returning to our roots, we’re not looking back, we’re moving forward with renewed energy. The 2026 festival will bring fresh collaborations, exciting new talent, and bold experiences that elevate everything you love about Noosa’s food and beverage culture. From the local restaurants and producers who make this region shine, to the distilleries and breweries crafting incredible flavours, and the Australian and international chefs and winemakers who bring global inspiration to our coastal home, the Noosa Food & Wine Festival will continue to be a stage for both discovery and celebration.
