2027 Expressions of Interest

The Noosa Food & Wine Providore Pavilion provides a new, dedicated marketplace for producers and brands to showcase and sell their products.

Features:

• A two day program on Sat June 19 & Sun June 20
• Free admission for the general public (no tickets needed)
• Location: Noosa Woods Parkland, adjoining the Festival Village with separate entry
• Provides a free festival experience for the general public to attend and encourages a greater spend with exhibitors
• Provides a secondary outlet for alcohol brands activating in the Festival Village, EG bottle sales for wineries, distilleries or breweries
• Kiosk style option available for brands who are activating in Festival Village, EG the NFW team can manage sales and process orders and for you

Inclusions:

1. 2m Booth space inside the Pavilion Marquee
2. Trestle Table
3. Power outlet (10-amp output)
4. POS card reader (Vendor to provide device)
5. No sales commissions for producers / non-alc products

Vendor to Provide:

• Copy of Public Liability
• Copy of Staff RSA certificates (if applic)
• Copy of Liquor Licence (if applic)
• All POS signage, bar styling & custom elements

1. 3m x 3m Pagoda Tent with 3x walls
2. Pro-flooring throughout
3. 1m x 2.4m trestle table
4. 1 x Fascia signage
5. Tent Lighting
6. 10-amp output power outlet
7. Staff Wristbands (Village access)
8. POS card reader (Vendor to provide device, EG: phone or tablet)

Vendor to Provide:

1. Temporary Food Stall License from Noosa Council (please apply 60 days prior)
2. All cooking and food service equipment
3. Branded assets / signage displayed within tent (no external signage permitted)
4. POS Device, EG: phone or tablet (Festival to provide POS card reader)

A Premium Site is available for brands who wish to produce an activation using their own brand assets and/or suppliers.

The 6x5m footprint needs to include all infrastructure, such as your marquee, furniture or seating, plus positioning any vehicle within your site.

All Festival Services still apply.

**Extra Space is available, based on extending one end of your site. Pricing based on adding 1x5m lots (5 sqm) as required.
