Olsson’s Salt Culinary Stage

Take your foodie game to the next level with interactive masterclasses, live demonstrations and plenty of tips & tricks from our guest chefs on the Olsson’s Salt Culinary Stage.

You can watch any session here for free with your General Admission ticket, or get the VIP experience by adding an Interactive Ticket.

• Interactive Tickets are available to purchase in addition to your GA ticket. This  includes: front row seats, food & wine samples and a gift from Olsson’s Salt

We have an epic line-up of live entertainment on the Main Stage in 2026, creating the perfect soundtrack for your Saturday!

We’ll also have two headline culinary acts, including a live Cooking Demonstration and the PorkStar Live Cooking Battles where celebrities and chefs team up.

The Village Pavilion

Tucked inside the buzzing heart of the American Express Festival Village, the Village Pavilion is your golden ticket to effortless good times. Entry is included with any General Admission ticket and trust us, you’ll want in!

Here, the drinks are cold, the tunes are curated, and the energy is just right. Sip, savour and settle in while some of Australia’s best DJ’s set the vibe.

It’s laid-back luxe, Noosa-style. Think shady palms, easy beats, a glass in hand, and nowhere else you’d rather be.

Breweries & Distilleries

Love a cocktail as much as a beer?  You’ve come to the right place!  We’ll have leading international brands featured alongside some of Noosa’s best craft brewers & distillers.

In 2025, festival-goers got to sample local favourites like Seabourne Gin, Heads of Noosa and Land & Sea, plus visiting brands Ink Gin, Starward Whiskey and Ambrosia Distillery.

Sip, Sample, Savour

Indulge in your favourite sips from around Australia as you stroll between pop-up winery stalls.

In 2025, festival-goers were spoilt for choice with Australian favourites like Shaw + Smith, Mojo Wines, Dal Zotto and Chandon, plus New Zealand brands Villa Maria, Catalina Sounds & Cloudy Bay.

We’ll also have leading wineries collaborating with our local culinary maestro’s – we can’t wait to see their creations!

We’ll have another line-up of mouth-watering Noosa restaurant pop-ups in 2026!

A range of Noosa’s latest and greatest restaurants will be serving up delicacies and collaborating with your favourite beverage brands on some very cool lounge spaces.

If it’s a food truck you love, we’ll also have a handpicked selection from around the region too.

Live Prep Kitchen

Get up close and personal with the magic behind the menu!  Interact with your favourite chefs before they hit the stage – filleting, sous-viding, slicing, and dicing like the pros they are.

This behind-the-scenes experience is your chance to witness the artistry, pick up insider tips, and even fire off a few burning questions. Don’t just watch, immerse yourself in the energy of the kitchen.

Producer Pop-ups

Sample the amazing array of food and drink from local producers around the Noosa region and Sunshine Coast.

In 2026 our local superstar producers will be featured around the Village, in our Village Marketplace stalls where you can sample and purchase their products, plus see them featured on the Culinary Stage, collaborating with local and visiting chefs.

The Premium Lounge

If it’s a more refined experience you’re after, look no further than the Premium Lounge!

In 2026, our Premium Lounge is open to all, so anyone with a General Admission ticket can kick back, unwind and watch all the Main Stage action in comfort.

Here we’ll have leading beverage brands and food vendors serving up something special, stay tuned for the full line up announcement in March.

Maroochydore to Noosa Shuttles

Sunshine Plaza to Hastings Street

In 2026 we introduce local Sunshine Coast shuttle buses, running direct from Sunshine Plaza in Maroochydore to Hastings St in Noosa.

A return trip can be added to your cart for just $25.00 when you purchase any General Admission ticket for the Festival Village.

Sales end 12pm Monday June 8th.

• TO NOOSA: Departing Maroochydore (Sunshine Plaza) direct to Noosa (Hastings St)
• Departure Times: 10:00am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm
• FROM NOOSA: Departing Noosa to Maroochydore Shuttle – Stopping at Peregian Beach, Coolum Beach, Sunshine Plaza
