NOOSA FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL INSTAGRAM COMPETITION –TERMS & CONDITIONS

Win 2 x Tickets to Cibaria Presents: A Brescian Family Feast

1.Promoter This competition is conducted by Noosa Food & Wine Festival (“Promoter”).

2.Competition Period The competition commences on publication of the Instagram post and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 3 June 2026.

3.Eligibility Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter, participating venues, sponsors or agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.

4.How to Enter To enter, participants must during the Competition Period:
•Follow @noosafoodandwine and @cibarianoosa on Instagram;
•Tag friends in the comments section of the competition post (each separate tag counts as one entry); and
•Share the competition post to their Instagram Story and tag @noosafoodandwine for bonus entries.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions will be deemed invalid.

5.Prize Details One (1) winner will receive:
•Two (2) tickets to Cibaria Presents: A Brescian Family Feast at Cibaria Noosa on Friday 12 June 2026, valued at AUD $275 each.
Total prize value: AUD $550.
The prize includes access to the event experience as outlined in the promotional post, including food, complimentary spritz, entertainment and event inclusions provided by the venue.

6.Prize Conditions
•The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
•The prize is valid only for the specified event date and cannot be extended or substituted.
•Travel, accommodation and any additional expenses are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.
•If the event is cancelled, postponed or altered for any reason, the Promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred by entrants.

7.Winner Selection and Notification The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 4 June 2026.
The winner will be contacted via direct message from the official @noosafoodandwine Instagram account only. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.

8.Instagram Disclaimer This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility associated with this competition.

9.Scam Warning Entrants are advised to be aware of scam accounts. The Promoter will never request payment, banking details or sensitive personal information in connection with this competition and will only contact winners via the official @noosafoodandwine account.

10.Privacy By entering this competition, entrants consent to the Promoter using their Instagram handle and name for promotional purposes associated with the competition and prize announcement.

11.General The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and entrants, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions, and amend or cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
