2027 Expressions of Interest

Applications are now open for 2027!

The Restaurant Series served up something special in 2026, from intimate chef’s tables to long lunches and some once in a lifetime collaborations.

The Noosa Food & Wine program of venue events provides a valuable platform for culinary talent from around the globe to collaborate on curated, ticketed events led by local Noosa restaurants.

In 2027, a new opportunity is available for any local venue to become an Official Venue, providing tailored food & beverage offerings across four days, instead of hosting ticketed events.

OFFICIAL EVENTS

• 15 ticketed events held over four days, from Thu Jun 17 – Sun Jun 20
• Promoted as the ‘Restaurant Series’ of events on the Official Program (same as 2026)

OFFICIAL VENUES

• A new tier of Official Venues will create their own ‘NFW Sips & Bites’ menu across the four-day program
• The Focus: celebrate local, showcase Noosa hospitality and enable more visitors to taste local produce through affordable menu items
• Food: create a small bites menu that showcases your local suppliers and produce partners
• Beverage: create specials that hero local partners, EG: a signature cocktail in partnership with a local distiller, or a custom NFW brew for the festival weekend etc
• Collaborate: invite a guest chef or restaurant to collaborate on menu items, or a full menu takeover for a day during the festival
• Any venue in the Noosa region can apply

COLLABORATE

As part of the Restaurant Series EOI, we are also inviting brands, restaurants and chefs from around Australia to collaborate with our local venues.
