In this exclusive collaboration, Tyler Preston of Longtime, Bali, formerly of Bang Bang and Chin Chin, joins forces with Robbie Oijvall of Light Years to deliver a generous, share-style feast designed to ignite the senses.

Expect a set menu of eight dishes plus desert, where bold Thai and South-East Asian influences meet fresh coastal produce and contemporary technique.

Think fragrant curries, punchy salads, smoky grilled meats, and delicate bites that balance sweet, sour, salty and spice in perfect harmony. Each dish is crafted for the table, vibrant, abundant and made to be passed, shared and savoured together.
