Each course is thoughtfully paired with wines from Gentle Folk, with winemakers Gareth & Rainbo Belton on hand to guide the experience and bring each pairing to life. From the first pour to the final bite, this is a masterclass in balance, precision and flavour.

The atmosphere is effortlessly cool. DJ-spun vinyl by sets the rhythm as steam rises from bamboo baskets and glasses clink across the room. It’s immersive, indulgent and unmistakably Sabrosa, where great food, great wine and great energy collide.
