Known for his thoughtful, terroir-driven wines, Mac has built an extraordinary catalogue of vintages and for one night only, he’s opening his cellar to us. 

Across seven carefully curated courses, Head Chef Oscar Holgado and his team will serve you dishes that highlight the best of our region and the season. Dishes designed to complement and elevate Mac’s wines. Each pour, every mouthful, tells a story of provenance, patience and passion. 

Expect more than just food and wine. This is an evening of discovery and an immersive conversation about farming, winemaking, with the people who dedicate their lives to it.
