NFW Volunteer Program
From Thursday June 11 – Sunday June 14, festival-goers will indulge in three unforgettable event programs; the hub of Noosa Food & Wine, the American Express Festival Village; seven unmissable Signature Events, or the mouth-watering Restaurant Series.
New for 2026 is the Volunteer Program which has been developed with the support of Community Partner, Airbnb. This program offers local residents with a range of ways to play host for the thousands of guests from around Australia who attend. We need your help to roll out the welcome mat and make sure everyone’s experience is a memorable one!
The 2026 festival will include two main outdoor venues: The Festival Village in Noosa Woods (Sat June 13) and the Beach Site on Noosa Main Beach (June 12-14).

Volunteer Opportunities
Festival Village | Sat June 13
- Ticketing Assistants: scanning tickets at the Main Entrance
- Hospitality Services: handing out NFW Glasses, serving canapes on arrival and supervising glass-washing stations, stage assistants during cooking demonstrations
- Waste Warriors: assisting our waste management team by educating festival-goers on waste streams and bins
- Hosting and Information Services
Beach Events | Fri 12th, Sat 13th & Sun 14th
- Ticketing Assistants
- Information & Hosting at Noosa Main Beach and nearby as guests arrive
Volunteer Requirements
- 1x 3 hour shift on any day
- We need friendly & approachable volunteers in every role who are happy to engage with festival-goers
- Attend a 30 min briefing before event day at 5:30pm Mon June 8th OR Wed June 10th
