Terms & Conditions

1. Competition Overview
   The “Win the Ultimate Noosa Escape” competition (“Competition”) is conducted by Noosa Food & Wine Festival Pty Ltd (“Promoter”).
   By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
   The prize is valued at over AUD $2,800 and includes festival tickets and accommodation at Elysium Noosa during the 2026 Noosa Food & Wine Festival.
2. Eligibility
   Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
   Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter, Elysium Noosa, and associated agencies or partners are not eligible to enter.
   The winner and their guest must both be 18 years or older.
3. Competition Period
   The Competition opens at 6:00pm (AEST) on Friday 17 February, 2026.
   The Competition closes at 12:00pm (AEST) on Wednesday 11 March 2026.
   Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must complete all of the following during the Competition Period:
   Follow @noosafoodandwine and @elysiumnoosa on Instagram.
   Tag at least one friend in the comments of the promotional post (1 tag = 1 entry).
   For bonus entries, share the competition post to their Instagram Story and tag @noosafoodandwine.
   Multiple entries are permitted. Each valid tag counts as one entry.
   Bonus Story shares must tag the official account to be valid.
   Entrants must ensure their Instagram account is public at the time of judging to verify entries.
5. Prize Details
   The prize includes:
   2 x Tickets to the Official Opening Party presented by American Express
   2 x Tickets to the American Express Festival Village
   2 x Tickets to Le Bistro, La Plage: French Beachside Lunch
   2 x Nights’ accommodation at Elysium Noosa (12–14 June 2026)
   Total prize value: Over AUD $2,800.
6. Prize Conditions
   Accommodation is strictly valid from 12 June 2026 to 14 June 2026 only.
   The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative dates.
   Travel to and from Noosa, transfers, meals (unless specified), spending money, insurance, and any additional expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
   If the winner is unable to attend on the specified dates, the prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be provided.
   The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any element of the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if required.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
   The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries.
   The draw will take place on Wednesday 11 March 2026.
   The winner will be notified via direct message from @noosafoodandwine within 48 hours of the draw.
   If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
8. Instagram Disclaimer
   This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
   Entrants release Instagram from any responsibility associated with this Competition.
   The Promoter will never request payment or sensitive financial information from entrants. Winners will only be contacted via the official @noosafoodandwine account.
9. Publicity
   By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity, including photography and social media content, without additional compensation.
10. Liability
    The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the Competition or prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
    The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an invalid entry.
    If the Competition cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition.
11. Privacy
    Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Competition and will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
